This position will be part of the Host Engineering group in the Fuels Synthesis Division of JBEI. Under general supervision of the principal investigators the candidate will work as part of a team to integrate fluxomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics data into theoretical quantitative models able to predict cell metabolism after the introduction of genetic and environmental perturbations.
