<p>Applications are invited for PhD fellowships in Systems Biology at the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas, Dallas. The successful candidates will model, design, experimentally implement and characterize gene networks.</p>
<p><em><strong>PhD positions in Synthetic Biology</strong></em><br />
Description:</p>
<p>Applications are invited for PhD fellowships in Synthetic Biology at the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas, Dallas. The successful candidates will model, design, experimentally implement and characterize synthetic mammalian gene networks</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p>
<p>Applicants should have a background in mathematical modeling and simulations. Motivation to carry out experimental research is necessary and experience in standard molecular and mammalian cell biology techniques is an advantage.</p>
